Before you start
Is the trial really free?
Yes. No credit card required: book a slot via the Free trial page, come in sports gear, and decide after the session.
What should I bring for the trial class?
Sports clothes, sports shoes, a towel and something to drink. In Brussels classes take place on tatami mats: we train barefoot or in non-marking shoes.
I enjoyed the trial class — how do I sign up?
You are almost there: your trial request already created your student account, and you received an email with a link to choose your password and finalise your registration. Lost the email? Click “Forgot password” on the student area login screen: a new link will be sent to you.
How do the discounts work?
Two discounts apply to the monthly fees. The commitment discount depends on the total number of months paid at once — counted across every student on the account: two children signed up for 4 months each makes 8 months, so −10 %. The local resident discount for Woluwe-Saint-Pierre (postcode 1150) is at least 10 %. They do not add up: whichever is better applies. Insurance and gear stay at full price. And from 9 months, a free club T-shirt is included.
How do I pay for the membership?
In one go, when you place the order: by bank transfer or with PayPal. The discount depends on the number of months paid at once. You get the summary and the payment details in your student area, and the order is confirmed as soon as the payment arrives.
Does the subscription give access to both venues?
No — your membership is tied to your class location. But if you miss a class, you can make it up at the other venue.
I can't make it every weekend — is that a problem?
If your absences follow a regular pattern — scouts, shared custody of the kids, shift work (nurse, police, military…) — let us know in advance: we take it into account in managing your membership. Otherwise the membership runs month after month: it does not pause with each absence and cannot be stretched over several years.
Can't make it at the last minute (illness, emergency) — what should I do?
Let us know several hours before the class — it tells the instructors whether they need to travel. The session is not lost: you can make it up later.
I'm signing up at the end of the season — what about the summer months?
The two summer months without classes do not count towards the membership: the remaining months resume automatically when classes restart.
