Your data, the ground rules

How the club collects, uses and protects your personal data — and what your rights are.

The kravmaga-adrenaline.be website is published by the non-profit association (ASBL) Krav Maga Adrenaline (Belgian company register — BCE 0809.419.963), which is also the controller of your personal data.

• Student account (identity, email, mobile, date of birth, address): registration and student-area management — performance of the contract.
• Class cancellation (student, session date, optional reason): letting instructors know and postponing the subscription end date — performance of the contract.
• Orders (subscriptions, insurance, gear): invoicing and bank-transfer follow-up; no banking data is stored — performance of the contract and accounting obligations.
• Federal insurance: transfer of the required data to the federation — obligation linked to practising.
• Contact / free-trial forms: answering your request — consent.

Your data is never sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Student-account data is kept while the account is active, then archived for the duration of legal obligations (accounting records: 7 years). Contact and trial requests are kept for 2 years at most.

You can at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to a processing: write to info@kravmaga-adrenaline.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Strictly necessary cookies are set without consent, as the site cannot work without them:

• Session: student area sign-in (deleted when you close the browser).
• i18n_redirected: remembers your language (1 year).
• kma_consent: remembers your consent choices (180 days).
• kma_news_*: remembers that you dismissed an announcement (180 days).

Audience measurement — we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and improve the site. The script is only loaded, and the _ga and _ga_* cookies only set, if you accept the “Analytics” category; they last at most 13 months. If you decline, nothing is loaded and nothing is sent to Google. This data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred outside the European Union under the Data Privacy Framework.

No advertising cookies are used. You can change your mind at any time via “Manage cookies” in the footer.
