Good to know
Is the app free?
Yes, downloading and using it is free. Payments to the club (subscription, insurance, gear) are made by bank transfer or PayPal, never through the App Store.
Who can use it?
Club members, with the same email and password as the student area. Account created after a trial class, with no password? Use “Forgot password”. Not a member yet? Start with a free trial.
Which phones does it run on?
On iPhone with iOS 16.4 or later, available now on the App Store. The Android version is coming soon to Google Play.
I'm on Android, what do I do in the meantime?
Your student area does the same in the browser, and you can add it to your home screen to open it like an app.
What about what I've already done on the website?
The app and the website share the same account: a reported absence, an order or a message shows up on both.
How do I delete my account?
Through the contact form, from the account's email address: the club closes it and only keeps what the law requires (accounting records, 7 years).
