Classes are held at the SportCity sports centre, avenue Salomé 2, 1150 Woluwe-Saint-Pierre.
- Sundays: children 5–7pm, teens and adults 5.10–7.10pm.
- By public transport: buses 36, 42 and 80; Stockel is a fifteen-minute walk away.
- By car: free parking at the sports centre, usually quiet on Sundays.
- To try a session: sportswear and a water bottle are enough. We lend the rest.
The last Sunday of each month is sparring — full gear required, though nobody is expected to join in during their first weeks.
